The goal of this study is to develop a market assessment on the feasibility of a non-sovereign loan (direct or via banking intermediation) to the benefit of water supply and sanitation utilities, both public and private, in regards of current financial, technical and legal constraints in Vietnam.
The Consultant will provide an overview of the financing involvement of BIDV and the water supply and sanitation utilities regarding the opportunity provided by AFD’s credit line and their challenges.
